Each lip balm should approx last between 1-2 months if applied frequently, or 12 months – 3 years for less frequent applications

Delivery or Click & Collect

You can collect your order from our Marlow store for free at a time that suits you. We'll have your order ready and wrapped within 24 hours.

We offer FREE standard delivery for all orders over £30. All orders under £30 will be charged £3.95 for delivery.

We'll process your order in 1-2 working days, and you can expect it to arrive within 3-4 working days. If you need your item sooner, express delivery is available for £5.95. 

Please note that we don't ship or deliver orders on weekends or bank holidays. At the moment, we only deliver within the UK.

Returns

If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied or you change your mind, you may return any product in its original condition for a full refund or replacement (as appropriate) within 28 days. Sale items need to be returned within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please obtain proof of postage and retain it for your records.

All of our Ultrasonic Aroma Diffusers carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty please email us if your product may have a fault and we will make arrangements to resolve your issue.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, we cannot accept pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons, perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). 

We are unable to accept soap if it has been unwrapped due to Health & Safety Considerations.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
