Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. We offer simple, elegant gift wrapping and handwritten gift notes upon request. Just add a note during checkout or email us at info@twentythreeliving.co.uk after placing your order.

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes — we occasionally run promotions and exclusive offers. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to stay up to date with our latest collections and discounts.

Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be used per order. We recommend applying the code that gives you the best value for your purchase.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How quickly will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Please allow 3–4 working days for standard UK delivery once dispatched.

Where is my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived after 3–4 working days, please contact us at info@twentythreeliving.co.uk and we’ll look into this for you as soon as possible.

I’ve changed my mind — can I cancel my order?

No problem at all. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to cancel it before it’s dispatched.


🛒 Order Issues

My parcel hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  1. Check your tracking link (sent by email once your order has been dispatched).
  2. If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it:
    • Check with household members, neighbours, or building management.
    • Look for a delivery card or “safe place” note.
  3. If you still can’t locate your parcel, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@twentythreeliving.co.uk with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Confirmation that you’ve checked locally

We’ll investigate the matter with our courier partner.
Please note that claims for missing parcels must be made within 14 days of dispatch.

My parcel arrived but an item is missing or damaged — what now?

If any item arrives damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of:
    • The outer packaging
    • The damaged item(s)
    • The shipping label

We’ll review your claim and may offer a replacement item (if in stock), store credit, or a refund.
If an investigation with our delivery partner is required, please allow up to 10 business days for resolution.

Will I need to return the damaged item?

In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item for assessment. We’ll provide a prepaid return label, so you won’t need to cover any postage costs.

What if my parcel was delivered to the wrong address?

If the incorrect address was entered at checkout, we’re unable to retrieve or refund that parcel.
If the error occurred with the courier, we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund once confirmed.

How long does a claim take to process?

We aim to resolve all missing or damaged parcel claims within:

  • 5 business days for straightforward cases
  • 10–15 business days if courier investigation is required

We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.


🌿 Product Information

Are your products tested on animals?

No. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals. We insist on high welfare standards from all our suppliers and prioritise sourcing from within the UK wherever possible.

Are your candles made with natural wax?

Yes. We work with trusted suppliers who use natural, non-toxic waxes and high-quality ingredients to ensure a clean, safe burn.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

All ingredients are carefully selected for safety and quality. However, we recommend consulting your midwife or doctor before using any product directly on your skin during pregnancy.
Care should also be taken when using essential oils.
