Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase. If not, you may return items within 28 days of delivery (or 14 days for sale items) in original condition and packaging.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Please use a secure, insured service and retain proof of postage

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if there are any issues so we can resolve them.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Pierced earrings

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food)

  • Personalised or custom items

  • Fragrance and personal care products if opened or used

  • Unwrapped soap

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging where applicable.

For the fastest service, please return your item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. If more than 15 working days have passed, please contact us at info@twentythreeliving.co.uk.
