Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Express orders are dispatched on the next working day. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.

- Express Delivery: £5.95 — 1–3 working days. Not available on Archive items.

Fragile Items
This includes candles, ceramics and glassware.

Fragile items are excluded from free delivery due to the additional packaging required.

Returns & Refunds
Return within 28 days (or 14 days for sale items) in original condition and packaging.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless faulty or incorrect.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Please use a tracked/insured service and keep proof of postage.

Faulty or incorrect items: Please contact us on receipt so we can resolve the issue.
Warranty: Ultrasonic Aroma Diffusers include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.
Non-returnable items:
Pierced earrings, perishable goods, personalised items, opened fragrance/personal care products, and unwrapped soap.
Exchanges: Return your item and place a new order.
Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 10 working days of approval.
