Archive Items: Dispatched in 2–3 days, delivered in 5–7 days

Fragile Items (candles, ceramics, glassware):
Standard: £5.95 / Express: £7.95 — 2–4 days (no free delivery)

Northern Ireland: FREE over £75 / £5.95–£8.95 — 3–5 days (no express)

Click & Collect (Marlow): Free — ready within 24 hours

Pick-Up Points: FREE over £50 / £3.50 — ready 2–4 days after dispatch

Returns & Refunds

Return within 28 days (or 14 days for sale items) in original condition and packaging.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless faulty or incorrect.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Please use a tracked/insured service and keep proof of postage.

Non-returnable items:

Exchanges: Return your item and place a new order.
