Lua's products are ethically made and aim to combine UK design with the traditional handicraft skills of Vietnam to provide beautiful handmade products made in small workshops, but at an affordable price.

You can collect your order from our Marlow store for free at a time that suits you. We'll have your order ready and wrapped within 24 hours, and we'll send you an email notification as soon as it's ready. 

For orders over £30, we offer FREE standard UK shipping. Orders under £30 will be charged £3.95.

We'll process your order in 1-2 working days, and you can expect it to arrive within 3-4 working days. If you need your item sooner, express shipping is available for £5.95. 

Please note that we don't ship orders on weekends or bank holidays. At the moment, we only deliver within the UK.
