Our wax melts are all made from 100% soya wax and offer at least 20 hours of fragrance time.

Wax melts deliver fantastic fragrance throw and are great for larger spaces in the home as their scents will penetrate the air around them. They need to be kept in open space to enable the fragrance to disperse consistently.

How should I melt them? Our wax melts are suitable for use in flame powered wax melters and flameless plug-in options. Varieties of both are available on our website.

Can I mix my melts? We wouldn't recommend it as each of our wax melts is carefully crafted to deliver a specific set of fragrances. Mixing these will significantly impact how pungent the fragrances become and certain fragrances mixed together can cause bitter and unpleasant smells.

If there is a fragrance you'd like to see that we don't offer, please email marketing@frecklefacehomefragrance.com and our team of artisan makers will add it to our customer suggestions list for future developments.

You can collect your order from our Marlow store for free at a time that suits you. We'll have your order ready and wrapped within 24 hours, and we'll send you an email notification as soon as it's ready. 

For orders over £30, we offer FREE standard UK shipping. Orders under £30 will be charged £3.95.

We'll process your order in 1-2 working days, and you can expect it to arrive within 3-4 working days. If you need your item sooner, express shipping is available for £5.95.
