Wheat Bag can be used as a cold compress. Place it in the freezer in a sealed plastic bag to chill for 1 hour before use.
The therapeutic Wheat Bag offers a natural ways to relive neck, back, shoulder and period cramp pains.
Dimensions: 60 cm length x 20 cm wide, large enough to wrap over the shoulders.

Note: Organic wheat can dry out with time. To rehydrate wheat bag, place a cup of water heated to boiling point alongside your wheat bag in the microwave and heat as usual.
